Know Where Your Money andYour Goods Are at Every Stage.

The question we hear most is: “What if I send $20,000 and never see the products?”
This is how an order is structured.

  1. Supplier Verified

[Factory details and export history] are checked before any payment.

  2. Sourcing Agreement

You sign a B2B agreement with [LEGAL ENTITY]: specification, price, lead time and quality standard.

  3. Deposit

30% is paid to our company and starts production.

  4. Production

You receive updates as the order progresses.

  5. Independent Inspection

A third-party inspector checks the finished goods. You receive the report.

  6. Balance

The remaining 70% is paid after the inspection report, not before.

  7. Insured Freight

Cargo insurance from the factory to the named US warehouse, subject to policy terms.

  8. Delivery

Goods arrive at the US warehouse or Amazon fulfilment centre.

Cargo insurance covers loss or damage in transit as defined in the policy. It is not a delivery guarantee, and a carrier's liability is not the same as cargo insurance.
